NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION

AGM is at 9.30am on Saturday 5th November 2022 at our clubhouse

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT FOLLOWING THE AGM THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL RESOLUTION WILL BE PROPOSED

“That the Constitution of the Baldivis Soccer Club Inc. be amended in respect of the definitions of membership of the Association to clarify the various categories of membership and their various rights to vote at General Meetings. The proposed changes are set out in a document entitled “BSC Constitution 2017 Proposed Alterations” where the amendments are shown in red. This document is attached to this notice.”

Pursuant to the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA) any alteration to the rules of an incorporated association must be passed by a special resolution of members at a General Meeting of the Association. A special resolution requires a vote in favour of the alteration by 75% of the members who are present and entitled to vote at the General Meeting.
